Our resort representatives will be on hand throughout your stay to offer their expert advice and practical assistance. Once you are settled into your chalet their primary function is to help you and all the members of your ski party get up on the mountain as swiftly and efficiently as possible. So at the earliest opportunity they will arrange your personal ski and boot fit and hand deliver your lift passes to your chalet. They will also liaise with any private instructors and ski schools regarding meetings times and places. Your resort representative is able to book a wide variety of different après ski activities on your behalf. Other services that they will be happy to assist you with include massage and spa treatments, restaurant reservations and childcare.

Our resort representatives also offer all our chalet clients an exclusive ski orientation service to lead you to the best snow (and the best mountain restaurants) and give you a general recce of the ski area. To benefit from this service you must be an intermediate skier, feeling confident on red runs. This service is offered to all chalet clients at least once during your stay.
