In order to help accommodate your individual requirements we are able to offer you the choice of two levels of group service - flexisilver or flexigold.

flexisilver

Our dedicated Corporate Travel Consultant will be on hand to give you expert advice on planning and building your itinerary and will also pre-book all of your resort services. In addition there is a basic “meet and greet” service in resort. You will be met by a Ski Event Manager who will assist you with any pre-booked services such as lift passes, ski equipment and private instructors. The Ski Event Manager will be on hand throughout the first 24 hours to make sure your trip gets off to a great start.

flexigold

In addition to the flexisilver packages, the flexigold service provides you with a Ski Event Manager who is on hand 24 hours a day for the duration of your stay. There to provide you with expert knowledge and local advice, they will make sure all of your arrangements and pre-booked resort services are ready for you. They will also assist in booking any other services you would like to receive including restaurant reservations, mountain guides and instructors, après-ski activities and team building events. We recommend the flexigold package to all of our corporate clients as you are guaranteed the very best level of support and service in order to guarantee a successful event.
