All of our corporate itineraries are tailor-made to suit individual requirements. However, here is an example of a corporate ski weekend we can organise.
3 nights at the Hotel Saint Louis in Courchevel 1850 - for 20 guests
Thursday
| Your morning flight from London Gatwick arrives into Geneva at midday. |
| A private transfer will take you onto the resort of Courchevel 1850. |
| On arrival to Hotel Saint Louis, you will be welcomed by our resident flexiski staff. |
| Once settled into rooms, your dedicated Ski Event Managers will accompany the group to the Ski Set shop for ski and boot fittings. |
| Those wishing to get straight on the mountain have time for a couple of hours skiing. Alternatively, explore the resort then relax back at the hotel over afternoon tea. |
| Pre-dinner drinks and canapes will be served before your five course evening meal.

| Enjoy a relaxing drink in the hotel’s Bar 1226 or at one of our recommended bars or nightclubs in resort.

Friday
| Over breakfast, our staff will distribute the remaining lift passes and advise you of the day’s activities and plans. |
|
Those taking private instruction will be met at the hotel by their instructors whilst Ski Event Managers will host the morning’s ski with the rest of your group. |
|
Meet up for lunch at the legendary Cap Horn restaurant with its phenomenal wine list and DJ on piste basher!

|
Join us back at the Hotel Saint Louis for afternoon tea followed by our weekly apres session with live band.
|
|
Pre-dinner drinks and canapes will be followed by a delicious evening meal.
|
|
Experience Courchevel’s sophisticated nightlife. We can arrange tables on your behalf at local bars and nightclubs.

Saturday
| After a hearty breakfast spend the morning exploring the vast and varied runs of the Three Valleys with your Ski Event Manager or Ski Instructor. |
Enjoy a group lunch at one of our recommended mountain restaurants.
|
| Ski back to Hotel Saint Louis for afternoon tea and prepare for the afternoon's activities. |
| Thrill-seekers can put their driving skills to the test with an exhilarating skidooing session on the slopes. |
| Following your five course evening meal, share your day’s stories over an after-dinner cocktail in Bar 1226. |
| Those still feeling in a party mood can dance until the early hours in one of Courchevel’s stylish nightclubs such as L’Aventure and Les Caves. |
Sunday
| After an early breakfast, we will take you to the Altiport for an incredible hot air balloon ride over the mountains. |
| Keen skiers can make the most of the last morning on the slopes whilst those preferring relaxation can rejuvenate aching limbs in a local spa. |
| Your final group lunch will be enjoyed in the resort centre. |
| The private transfer will take you back to Geneva for your late afternoon flight to the UK.
