chalet services
our chalet service
Our resort hosts will be on hand throughout your stay to offer their expert advice and practical assistance. Once you are settled into your chalet their primary function is to help you and all the members of your ski party get up on the mountain as swiftly as possible. So at the earliest opportunity they will arrange your personal ski and boot fit and hand deliver your lift passes to your chalet. They will also liaise with any private or group instructors and ski schools regarding tuition or courses, setting up meeting times and places.
our catering service
All of our chalets are fully catered and clients can enjoy sparkling wine or champagne on arrival. The day starts with a hearty, continental-style buffet breakfast and an optional hot dish. Afternoon tea will be prepared and consists of a mouth-watering selection of cakes and biscuits. Each evening your chalet hosts will invite you to enjoy a small selection of canapés with pre-dinner drinks. Then go on to enjoy a four course evening meal including an irresistible cheese board, accompanied by an excellent choice of wine and conclude with fresh ground coffee. Wherever possible we use local suppliers and ingredients so that you can sample and experience some of the many exquisite foods and wines that characterise the region you are visiting. We believe that your evening meal should be one of the highlights of your day and our chalet hosts go to great lengths to make each mealtime special and memorable.
our ski orientation
Our resort hosts also offer all our chalet clients an exclusive ski orientation service to lead you to the best snow and give you a general recce of the ski area. To benefit from this service you must be an intermediate skier, feeling confident on red runs. This service is offered to all chalet clients at least once during your stay.
