flexisilver

In addition to the above services the flexisilver service includes:
- a "meet and greet" resort representative service to include the organisation of lift passes, ski and boot fit and meeting arrangements with private guides or instructors

flexigold

In addition to the above-listed flexibronze services the flexigold service includes:
- the services of a dedicated Event Manager throughout the trip to include the organisation of and personal assistance with lift passes, ski and boot fit, private guides or instructors, restaurant and night club reservations, après ski activities and any team building events
- 24 hour resort telephone concierge service

Please note the following important information:
- our flexisilver service is automatically included if you are staying in one of our chalets
- our flexigold service is available on request to chalets guests at a supplement
- our flexisilver service does not include the services of a resort representative beyond your first 24 hours in resort
- unless you request us to do so our group quotations do not usually include lift passes, ski equipment, ski instruction, any après ski activities, child care or insurance
