If you organise an event through us we can offer you security as we are owned by TUI and we benefit from contractual rates and global buying power. In order to help accommodate your individual requirements we are able to offer you the choice of three levels of group service - flexibronze, flexisilver or flexigold.

flexibronze

Each party leader is allocated a dedicated Group Travel Consultant. This highly experienced member of our team will draw on his or her vast knowledge to guide you through our comprehensive group itinerary planning service. They will help you select the most suitable accommodation and travel solutions for the individual members of your group and then help to plan and build your group itinerary. Having custom-built your itinerary all resort services, where appropriate, will be pre-booked giving you peace of mind that all the arrangements have been taken care of in advance of your arrival.

flexisilver

During any ski trip it is the first 24 hours which are the most important and potentially the most stressful - especially if you are travelling in a group. So in addition to our flexibronze service we can offer all groups a basic "meet and greet" service. On arrival in resort you will be met by a Flexiski Event Manager who will assist you with any pre-booked services such as lift passes, ski equipment and private instructors. After your first morning you will be supplied with a contact telephone number should you need any additional advice or information during the remainder of your stay. This service is particularly suitable for large groups of friends or colleagues on an informal trip.

flexigold

In addition to our flexibronze service you will be allocated a dedicated team of Flexiski Event Managers. They will be on hand 24 hours a day throughout your trip to oversee all the arrangements and to attend to all the minor but important details which contribute to the success of any group ski trip or event. Their expert local knowledge can be particularly useful in helping you deal efficiently with any unforeseen problems or complications. This option is particularly appropriate for corporate ski trips requiring the very best level of support and service in order to guarantee a winning event.
