scheduled flights
British Airways
British Airways offer flights from London, Manchester and Birmingham to Geneva, Lyon and Zurich as well as connecting flights from regional airports. The Online Check-in facility British Airways offers allows you to choose your own seat and print your boarding pass from the comfort of your home or office minimising time spent queuing at the airport.
Swiss International Airlines
Offering flights from London, Manchester and Birmingham to Geneva and Zurich, Swiss International Airlines provide a reliable service. Swiss International Airlines also offer an on-line check-in facility ensuring your journey runs more smoothly and efficiently.
If you prefer to travel business class with British Airways or Swiss International Airlines then we offer competitive prices for fully flexible and non-flexible tickets. Benefits include business class check-in, access to airport lounges, increased luggage allowance and priority luggage clearance at UK airports on your return journey.
low cost airlines
We are also able to book flights with any of the low-coast airlines on your behalf and as part of your package.
all flights
To confirm your flight seats we require full names (including title, first name and surname as shown on passport). All tickets are issued as return journeys from the UK. If you do not take your outbound flight then the inbound sector will automatically be cancelled; this is standard airline practice. Once booked, flight seats are non-changeable, non-transferable and non-refundable. In most cases the airlines issue electronic tickets. We will send your e-ticket receipt or your airline reference, along with your final flight itinerary, a couple of weeks prior to departure. All you require to check-in is your passport.
infants
Infants under 2 years old are usually charged at 10% of the adult rate. This does not include a seat on the flight. If you require a seat on the flight, the full adult fare applies.
flights for groups
We can reserve group space with the above scheduled airlines for larger groups, allowing greater flexibility. The rules and regulations regarding group space differ with each airline. Please ask our reservations staff for advice and information regarding this service.
private transfers
Private transfers by taxi, minibus or coach (depending on the size of your group) are available to all destinations. Please call our reservations team for a quote.
helicopter transfers
You can travel by helicopter from your arrival airport to all our resorts. They generally carry up to 4 or 5 people and luggage space is very limited. Travel times vary from 30 to 40 minutes. Please note helicopters can only fly during daylight hours and, in the case of bad weather, your journey may be subject to cancellation. If your helicopter is cancelled, alternative arrangements will be made to transfer you to resort, but you may only receive a part refund. Further details are available from our reservations staff.
car hire
All our resorts are easy to drive to from local airports and we can organise car hire at very competitive rates. Our hire cars are equipped with winter tyres and snow chains and we will provide you with driving instructions and a resort map. Please note that it is necessary to purchase a pass to drive on Austrian motorways and other tolls may apply. Please call our reservations team for full details.
trains and buses
We can also offer advice and information on public transport transfers by bus or train. Our reservations staff will be happy to provide contact details enabling you to book tickets directly with suppliers
