can i make a provisional reservation?

We normally hold provisional reservations for up to three working days, during which time we ask that you send us your signed and completed booking form and deposit.

how much is the deposit?

All chalets (off peak dates) - 30% of the total holiday cost
All chalets (peak dates) - 50% of the total holiday cost
All hotels - 30% of the total holiday cost (some hotels may require a larger deposit and in these cases we will inform you at the time of booking).
Full published fares and low cost airlines - 100%

do you provide insurance?

Insurance is not included in the cost of your holiday, but we can provide a winter sports/travel insurance policy. Click here for full details.

when do i pay the final balance?

The balance of your holiday cost is payable 10 weeks before departure. We will send you a reminder slightly ahead of this time.

when do i get confirmation of the my reservation?

when we receive your deposit we will send you written confirmation.

when do i get my tickets?

The majority of our flight tickets are electronic ("E"-tickets) which means you willl not receive a paper ticket. Occasionally the airline issues paper tickets. All final documentation including your travel itinerary will be sent approximately two weeks ahead of departure.
