single occupancy
There is a 70% supplement on the basic price should you wish to book any twin room on a single occupancy basis. Please note that single occupancy rooms are subject to availability.
travel
Should you wish to book your own flights but still arrange to travel with other members of your party on a flexiski organised transfer please note that in the event of a flight delay we may not be able to hold the transfer for you and you will be responsible for any additional costs.

Please note that our chalet floor plans are not to scale and should be used as a guideline only.
dietary requirements
Wherever possible we will accommodate any individual dietary requirements and will tailor the chalet menu plan in line with any special requests. Please advise us as soon as possible of any requirements. If you do not advise us of any dietary and menu requirements prior to travel it may be more difficult to accommodate these on arrival as specialist food items have to be pre-orderd and are not freely available in resort.
chalet catering
Please note should you wish not to take any of your chalet meals we are usually unable to offer any reduction.  
wine with dinner
We have selected a good standard of red and white for each of our chalets. Should you prefer to select a different or superior wine please ask us as soon as possible so that we may order your preferred wine in advance. Please note a supplement will apply to any wine upgrade requests. Champagne is available to purchase in all of our chalets.
chalet hosts night off
On 7-night and mid-week breaks dinner will not be served on one night in all chalets. On this day breakfast will be served and afternoon tea will be laid out for you as normal. For your evening meal on that day we are able to recommend restaurants and reserve your table, please note that the flexiski team can arrange any transport you may require for that evening.
televisions
Please note that due to circumstances beyond our control services can vary during the season. If this happens we will endeavour to ensure that any disruption is kept to a minimum.
child prices
Child reductions apply (2-11 years) when sharing with two full paying adults. The prices are calculated at 70% of the full adult cost.
infants
For any infants not occupying a chalet bed we will provide a cot and highchair. These services are payable locally. Please ask your Personal Travel Consultant for details.  
check in
We make every effort to ensure your chalet is ready for you when you mid-afternoon on your arrival day. If you arrive earlier we are able to store your luggage in the chalet and provide an area in which to change and shower.
check out
Your rooms must be vacated no later than 10am. Your luggage will be safely stored and we will endeavour to provide shower and changing facilities in case you wish to ski on your departure day.
parking
Please note car park spaces are limited at all of our chalets and you may have to pay to park your car in the local car park.
smoking
For the comfort of all our clients smoking is not permitted in any of our chalets at any time.
