The winter season began again today here in Meribel. We have seen between 50 to 60 cm of fresh snow fall in the last 12 hours. I cant actually believe it is the end of March and we have been skiing fresh powder all day today. Even with the dumping of snow experienced, most lifts were open and access to the Trois Vallee was still possible all day. For everyone lucky and flexible enought to be skiing tomorrow, it could prove to be one of the best days of the season. As we sit down for the evening meal tonight we are all still talking and smiling about the skiing today and I can guarantee we are not the only ones.
