The sun is shining is St Anton!

The streets, once again, have that vibrant feel about them – it’s the one that we all love as people wander round the quaint streets, and the buzz is none the more obvious than in many of the cosmopolitan and varied bars. Recently, Amalien Haus staff and guests enjoyed the “Black & Bright” themed opening party of “Bar Cuba”, a particular favourite, especially thanks to its close location to the chalet.

The Amalien Haus was full of excitement with the arrival of “Premiere Global”, our first guests for the season. The reunion dinner saw bouts of raucous laughter as our guests tucked in to canapés and dinner after a tiring day travelling from far and wide with some even making the commute from Australia for their short weekend break! The last few days have certainly kept us all on our feet with a full chalet and some fantastic fun on the slopes. A great lunch for all was enjoyed at the glorious Hospiz Alm with roaring fires and fantastic food in St Christoph. After a few Gluh Wines, the group enjoyed the recently opened Schindler lift and the runs that descend from it. Over the next few days more sun is set to shine on the slopes of St Anton and all the staff are enjoying some of the best skiing conditions whilst lathered up in plenty of sun cream and lip balm!

However, the weather is set to get cold cold cold over the next week and with more snow predicated it should time well with the opening of even more lifts and runs making St Anton the place to be this week!
