The famous five star Arlberg Hospiz Hotel is in the centre of St Christoph situated opposite the ski lift, ski slope and ski school. Built on the site of the orignial 14th century hospiz this hotel is steeped in history.

The Hospiz was founded by the Brotherhood of St Christoph over 600 years ago, set up originally to save helpess travellers who got lost in the snow, the brotherhood continues today and membership includes most members of the royal family of Holland, the King and Queen of Norway and Franz Klammer.

This leading hotel in Austria boasts three restaurants, highly acclaimed for their cuisine the hotel serves the finest Austrian and international specialities. Nearby the renowned Hospiz-Alm, with one of the biggest cellars of large-bottle Bordeaux wines in Europe, completes the range of restaurants on offer. Alongside the restaurants the hotels main attraction is the the 600 year-old wine cellar that houses one of the largest Bordeaux collections in the world.

In 2004 the Hospiz Sport + Spa opened, covering an area of 2,000 m². Built on two floors, the new Spa features a swimming pool, whirlpool, health bar, 180 m² fitness area, including an aerobic and yoga room, cosmetics salon, beauty packs, pool section, massage rooms, hairdresser, extensive sauna area and large chill-out area.
