Well coated pistes...

Posted: Wednesday 14th April 2010 by leonardo

Méribel is beginning to quieten down as the date of the last lifts - 24th April- fast approaches. Despite the sunny weather during the day time, we have been having a small coating of snow over night. It keeps the pistes well-coated and fantastic snow can be found in the morning if you remain high. Piste M - the black piste below the Vizelle bubble in Courchevel 1850 was in great condition yesterday afternoon.

As the last guests begin to leave resort, the bars and clubs are hosting their individual closing parties. Le Pub's is tomorrow evening and Jack's Bar is on the 21st April. Chalet Leonardo is undergoing a thorough wind down by all the staff before it shuts for the summer and when this is completed we all leave Méribel on the 17th April.

The season has whizzed by far too quickly but what fun times we've had!
