The Chalet Balias occupies the second and third floor of a fabulous development and boasts wonderful views of the mountains. Located in the heart of Val d’Isère, the Chalet Balias is just a few minutes walk to the Olympic and the Solaise lifts and the main street which has numerous boutiques, bars and restaurants.

The chalet is contemporary and comfortably furnished throughout and has a large balcony with stunning views. The open plan living and dining area has been lovingly restored using local wood and tiles and is beautifully decorated.  The development features a shared wellness area on the lower ground floor with a sauna and relaxation area.

There are six well appointed and cosy bedrooms all of which have private en-suite facilities.  Four of the bedrooms are located on the second floor, with the remaining two bedrooms occupying the entire third floor.  Nestled in the eaves these two bedrooms are accessed by a small staircase and have an element of privacy.
