The Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise is, as the name suggests, right on the lake so spectacular views and jealousy inducing holiday snaps. In order to get on the slopes you’ll have a 10 minute drive or shuttle ride to the Lake Louise ski area. The ski bus is complimentary (included in the Tri-Area lift pass). The village of Lake Louise is also only a five minute drive away.
Sunshine Village and Mount Norquay ski areas are also accessible via the shuttle buses and take a little longer to reach but it’s well worth at least a day at each.

Deluxe Lakeview rooms
Deluxe Lakeview rooms can sleep up to 4 people depending on the bed types in the room, which will either be 1 king bed or 2 queen beds. Mountain views are also available sleeping up to three people maximum.

Junior suites overlook the lake or the mountains and include 1 king bed or 2 queen beds. The living area also offers a twin sofa bed. The Views are superb and the cloud soft duvets are oh-so-inviting.
