The Ristorante SAPORI at AlpenGold Davos offers a captivating dining experience with its open show kitchen, allowing guests to witness the daily activities of a hotel kitchen.  The concept revolves around creating an elegant and simple atmosphere, enhanced by the space, panoramic views of the peaks, natural light that transitions gently as evening falls.  The menu is a journey into the world of sapori – Italian aromas. Carefully selected fresh spices, cold-pressed oils, and ingredients are crafted into dishes that transport diners to the heart of Italy. 

At the Cheese Factory enjoy traditional Alpine delights like fondue and raclette or savor creative twists on local specialties. The restaurant's concept blends high ceilings, large windows with forest views, and a warm touch of wood in the decor. The menu features grand cru cheeses, exclusive mountain potatoes, and subtly seasoned dishes, offering a delightful energy boost for your mountain adventures.

"Atelier VERT" at AlpenGold Davos showcases vegetarian cuisine with creativity and sustainability. Chef Manuel Zünd uses garden-fresh and local Graubünden ingredients, presenting them innovatively in a 6-course menu. Expect surprises and tableside show effects between courses like "Hülschete" and "Gartenverein."

La Muña offers a unique dining experience with a monochrome, elegant ambiance. Inspired by Japanese and Peruvian cuisines, it features fresh, carefully sourced ingredients prepared live. Dishes like ceviche red tuna, black cod in saikyo miso, and crispy shakes showcase a blend of textures and flavors against the stunning Alpine backdrop.

"Le Fumoir" is a haven for tobacco enthusiasts, offering a curated selection of premium Cuban and Latin American cigars.

The Nescens Spa at Alpen Gold Davos spans 1,200 m2, featuring a heated indoor and outdoor pool, fitness studio, and a yoga room. Separate wellness complexes for men and women offer saunas and steam baths, along with a shared sauna and a sanarium. Fourteen treatment rooms, including two Spa Nescens suites for couples, are available. The Alpine Spa suites provide a private sauna, steam room, and whirlpool for an enhanced wellness experience.

Getting AlpenGold Davos

At Flexiski we beleive the best way to reach Davos is by train and the hotel will arrange a pick up from the train station.  The journey from Zurich to Davos takes around 2.5 hours, please ask our ski experts for more information.
