Staff night off (usually Wednesday and Saturday morning)
On these evenings, your chalet host and chef will be enjoying their two days off and will not be providing the evening meal service.
If you would like help booking a restaurant in town, your chalet team will be more than happy to give you some help as they know the resort inside-out and are sure to have some great recommendations.
Please note, these days off may differ over Christmas and New Year.
Our drinks selection
The wine offering in each chalet includes a tried and tested selection of red, white and rose wine. A choice of hand-picked wine is provided with your evening meal, and we always make sure there is a little extra of which ever you are drinking for after dinner. Please note, beers are not provided in the chalets, but you are welcome to bring your own.
Departure
You'll need to vacate your room by 9am on your final morning. If your flight home isn't until much later, or if you’re going skiing that day and need somewhere to keep your belongings, you are welcome to store them in the chalet during the day. Please bear in mind though, that you will not be able to keep your room, but there will be somewhere to change and shower on your return, leaving you feeling fresh for the journey home. All departing guests must leave the chalets no later than 5pm.
Please note that on guest change over days, between the hours of 9:30am and 5:00pm, both departing and arriving guests will be sharing the chalet public areas.
