What's Davos like?

You'll have 4 days on some of the most revered ski terrain around. Situated in the picturesque Landwasser valley, Davos is widely recognised as a thriving hub for both winter and summer sports, boasting an international appeal and an extensive array of activities.

Davos' centre offers diverse accommodation options, excellent shopping opportunities, and a vibrant atmosphere with numerous boutiques, cafés, and restaurants. The nightlife scene is equally lively, featuring bars, discos, and a casino.

Davos is a winter sports haven, drawing skiers and snowboarders from across the globe. Situated at altitudes ranging from 1124 to 2844 meters, the town boasts an extensive winter sports infrastructure, including 58 ski lifts, 300 km of slopes, 100 km of cross-country ski tracks, over 150 km of snowshoe and winter hiking trails, and two artificial ice rinks offering ice hockey, ice skating, and curling. Additionally, there are eight sledging runs for added fun.

For a more serene experience, visitors can enjoy a horse-drawn sledge ride into the snowy side valleys or explore the Davos mountains through 150 km of meticulously groomed winter footpaths and snow-shoe trails.

In the Davos-Klosters region, skiers and snowboarders are presented with an abundance of choices across six ski regions, offering nearly 300 km of slopes.

Key T&Cs

1. Dates: The competition commences on Thursday 28th December 2023 and closes on Monday 8th January 2024. All entries must be received by 11:59pm on the 8th January. The Promoter reserves the right to extend or restrict the competition.

2. Eligibility: This competition is open to anyone who is a resident in the UK or the Channel Islands, who is eighteen (18) years of age or older.

3. The prize is valid for travel before 15th April 2024, subject to availability and excludes the following dates: 29th December 2023 to 2nd January 2024 inclusive, the 15th January 2024 to 19th January 2024 and 10th February 2024 to 24th February 2024 inclusive. 

4. Selection of winners: The winner(s) will be chosen at random from all eligible entries.

5. Notification: The winner(s) will be notified by telephone and/or email after the 8th January 2024 with instructions on how to claim their prize.
