Above the town of Courchevel 1850, the Mercure has an enviable doorstep skiing position. 30 seconds to a few minutes maximum to ski down the main lift area depending on your ability (it's a green run so should be accessible to all levels). You could also take the Jardin Alpin gondola down to town if you aren't skiing or if it's your first time on the slopes - it's a short walk away.
The hotel overlooks Lake Biollay and you have fantastic views from La Laiterie Brasserie's terrace whilst you enjoy some hearty mountain food. Restaurant La Montagnette serves up more regional dishes, expect lashings of delicious Reblochon cheese, cured meats and fondues. Or relax beside the fire in the bar enjoying a quiet night in. The Mercure offers the ultimate convenience with direct access to the 3 Valleys ski area at much better value than you may think. Don't expect ultra-modern, stylish furnishings. Do expect slope-side convenience, friendly staff and a sought after balcony as standard.
- Location on the slopes means you can ski to and from the hotel
- Each room has a balcony
- Crackling fire in the bar
- The hotel is a 15 minute walk from the town centre
