The hotel L’Avancher is a five minute walk from the centre of Val d’Isere, set in a peaceful location outside the hustle and bustle of the resort. The ski bus stop is 50m from the door and at the end of the day you’ll be able to ski right back to the hotel.
As one of the first hotels in Val d’Isere, welcoming guests since 1958, L’Avancher is reminiscent of an old chalet, creating an authentic alpine experience and with only 37 rooms, it has a genuinely intimate atmosphere. The rooms are comfortable and cosy with everything you need to enjoy your stay.
The hotel has a restaurant and bar with a wine bar on one side and a lounge area with roaring fire on the other - books, board games and even Go Pros are available to borrow. The hotel also has a rooftop sauna, should you need to relax after a day on the slopes or book in for a massage before hopping in the jacuzzi.
L’Avancher is a five minute walk from the centre of Val d’Isere so you can easily access the facilities in the resort but still enjoy the peace and quiet. The bus stop to take you to the slopes is 50m from the hotel and at the end of the day, you’ll be able to ski right back to the door.
All rooms at the Hotel L'Avancher were brand new for winter 2017-18 and equipped with the following amenities:
