The Juniper Springs Resort is a ski in, ski out (via the chairlift) property at the Eagle Lodge base area. You can ski to the hotel on the beginner-friendly Lupin run and the Eagle Express chairlift is adjacent to the resort meaning you'll be up the mountain in no time each morning. The resort also provides a shuttle service if you want to get into town which is a 5 minute drive away.

The resort itself offers high quality self catering accommodation in one and two bedroom condos. All guests have access to the resort facilities such as the heated outdoor pools and hot tubs as well as the fitness room. Underground parking and ski storage are also available on site. You can grab a quick coffee and a pastry each morning from the Daily Grind coffee shop before you head out to the pistes.

This is valid at Mammoth as well as the smaller resorts of June Mountain, Bear Mountain and Snow Summit. This is a season pass but offers the best value if you are skiing for over a week and much cheaper than our other US resorts.

Season lift pass from £390 (pre-season rates)

Joe Digital Content Editor "Mammoth does not get its name from its size or the ancient woolly elephant but from Mammoth Mining Co who created the mountain's 1870's gold rush." View Joe's profile
