Terms and Conditions

Promoter’s Details: Flexiski is a trading name of Specialist Holidays (Travel) Limited (the “Promoter”), a member of the Travelopia Group of companies. Registered office: Origin One, 108 High Street, Crawley, West Sussex, RH10 1BD. Registered in England No: 446617.

Eligibility: This competition is open to anyone who is a resident in the UK or the Channel Islands, who is eighteen (18) years of age or older. Employees and immediate family (defined as parents, children, siblings, spouse and life partners) of the Promoter or its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising or promotion agencies are not eligible to enter this competition.

How to Enter: Internet access required to participate. To enter you will need to visit the competition page at https://www.flexiski.com/win-a-ski-holiday-to-aspen-2017 and provide your first and last name, valid email address, postcode and telephone number to the Promoter, as well as correctly answering the provided question “Which is the largest of the four ski areas of Aspen?” through completion of the form. "Liking" of the Flexiski Facebook page and/or tagging of a friend does not count as an entry to the competition. Only one entry allowed per person. No purchase necessary. No entries from agents or third parties or entries automatically generated by computer will be accepted. Incomplete or corrupted entries will not be accepted. Entries will only be accepted if they comply with all entry instructions.

Use of Data: All details provided by you will be held by the Promoter and used in accordance with these terms and conditions and the Promoter’s Privacy Policy available at https://www.flexiski.com/privacy-and-cookie-policy/. By entering this competition and checking the opt-in to marketing communications box, you consent to the Promoter contacting you for advertising and marketing purposes.

Dates: The competition commences on Thursday 5th October 2017 and closes on Thursday 26th October 2017. All entries must be received by 11:59pm on the 26th October. The Promoter reserves the right to extend the competition.

Receipt of Entries: The Promoter cannot be held responsible for network, computer or software failures of any kind, which may restrict or delay the sending or receipt of your entry. The Promoter is not responsible for entries not received and/or any lost entries.

Prize(s): The winning entrant will win a seven (7) night ski holiday for two (2) to Aspen, Colorado, USA. The prize package comprises:

• Return economy class flights from either LHR or LGW to Denver, Colorado
• Return transfers between Denver and Aspen
• Seven (7) nights’ accommodation at a hotel in Aspen of the Promoter’s choice
• Lift passes and equipment hire for the duration of the stay

The prize must be taken as one package.

The prize does not include travel between the winner’s home and airport, food and drink, travel insurance, personal expenditure or incidental costs, other than where mentioned. It is the winner’s responsibility to check all visa and passport requirements are fulfilled. The prize is valid for travel before 15th April 2018, subject to availability and excludes the following dates: 23rd December 2017 to 1st January 2018 inclusive and 12th February 2018 to 23rd February 2018 inclusive. Once confirmed, the booking cannot be amended. The winner and their guest must travel together at all times.

The prize is subject to availability, non-transferable and no alternatives will be offered. 

Selection of winners: The winner(s) will be chosen at random from all eligible entries. The winners name use on entry must match that supplied on their passport. Multiple entries under false names will not be accepted.

Notification: The winner(s) will be notified by telephone and/or email after the 26th October 2017 with instructions on how to claim their prize. If a winner cannot be contacted or is unable to accept their prize, the Promoter reserves the right to choose another winner from eligible entries received.

Winner(s) details: Details of the winner(s), name and country of residence, will be obtainable after the 26th October 2017 by writing to Flexiski, DST House, St Mark’s Hill, Surbiton, KT6 4BH. The winner(s) may be required to participate in post-competition publicity. 

General: The Promoter reserves the right to amend the competition in exceptional circumstances. All entrants agree to abide by these terms and conditions and the Promoter reserves the right to exclude entrants for any breach of these terms and conditions. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered in to. This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Linked In or any other channel used to promote it. Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Linked In accept no liability for this competition.
